Energoprom history
- 2009: LLC EPM-Energo, a new energy company is established within ENERGOPROM GROUP.
- 2009: EPMNovocherkassk Electrode Plant and EPMNovosibirsk Electrode Plant won in the contest organized by the Ministry of industry and commerce of the Russian Federation in the nominations «The most dynamically developing Russian exporter» and «The best exporter to the CIS countries».
- 2008: in order to form and promote a uniform Energoprom product brand, Company's enterprises - Novosibirsk, Chelyabinsk & Novocherkassk Electrode Plants - are respectively renamed in JSC Energoprom-Novosibirsk Electrode Plant (closed type), PJSC Energoprom-Chelyabinsk Electrode Plant, PJSC Energoprom-Novocherkassk Electrode Plant.
- 2007: ENERGOPROM MANAGEMENT holds the largest graphite facilities in Russia and CIS, and ranks among the top five world’s leading producers.
- 2006: change in the ownership structure. Currently, Renova Group (one of the Russian major holding companies) together with the American Access Industries and individual shareholders play active role in managing the facilities.
- 1996-2000: with the expanded product mix significantly increases its sales volume and becomes a leading producer in the Russian market.
- 1995: ENERGOPROM MANAGEMENT undertakes obligations on supplying raw materials and equipment to Novosibirsk, Chelyabinsk and Novocherkassk Electrode Plants.
- 1991: the first enterprise is registered as a part of the company.
